Well the state of affairs in the market for real estate is in rough shape. The banks (Mostly the TOO BIG to Fail) are still continuing many of the same things that brought on the Financial Disaster. If You have a lot of extra money or income Now is a good time to put it into real estate. I do not know about Notes backed by real estate.It looks like the dollar could be headed to a Big slide in value and the housing market is still in a slide. Buy land outright or put money into Things of real worth like tools, food, Silver is down now or how about some solar or wind power for your house or business for when the value of the dollar slides even faster than it is. It is quite possible almost all types of energy will increase as fast or faster than food if the insanity out of Wall street and DC keep going. Make sure to call your state and local Representatives and tell them what you think, and be sure to support and compliment your good ones if you are lucky enough to have one. I think Most of us (Common ) People have MORE common sense than those one that have a Harvard MBA.

I just heard that the banking reform bill that Chris Dodd the former Presidential Candidate is proposing, is going to be under the control of the Federal Reserve. Another Private Corporation going to Regulate itself? This is about like the Fox in the Hen house! I sure Would like your Opinion on this regulatory agency under the Control of the Federal Reserve. The Banks still are not Lending much and I heard there are Eleven Million Mortgages underwater as of Mid-March.

What the Hell, No Air America radio

I was listening to Air America on the net from the Chicago progressive talk, and I switched to the live stream from D.C. and I get a note that says they are off the air and filed for chapter seven bankruptcy. What the Fuuuu--, I did not even Know that AA was in financial trouble. I would think the AA corporate leaders would ask listeners to support Air America with a public plea, but nooooo no clue. Damm first the supreme court gives their power to the corporations and then this. It is almost like an old friend died. But I swear We are not done yet.

So if you do not like swearing don't keep reading, This is my bitch of the day.

Ok. What the F—k is this sh-t about . I mean really. Do you have a f---ing clue . Hell even Me. What have I been doing for the past few years, or more. Half the time I am not even present. Lost in thought of the past or of what “NEEDS” to be done. Every one of you are f---ing clue less. Well almost all. Even those who think “not me”. I mean what the f---. Get present. In the Here and Now. We got one chance to get this movie right (And there is no CUT and Do that Take over. Its the coldest winter in one hundred years in Europe and the sub tropical elevator ( the Gulf Stream ) is shutting down, or at least heading south. But I digress. Since the Feds came in and started making rules and regs for “organic”, a lot of the Ethic of what was behind the organic Idea: I mean the basic and fundamentals or principles of organic have come under the influence of BIIIIGG,fill in the blank.Oil, agribusinesses, chemicals, drug company's, etc. Well maybe a little better than commercial, but not by much. Well some of it is a fair bit better. There are those people who really do a great service to the Ideas of what is or was the root ideas and ethics of organic back in the day of J.I.Rodale or some of the greats before him. Sure lots of us have gone on with the common practices of the day because it is what is there, but it is time to stand up and wake the f--- up and do what works for all, the planet the people and the animals and oh yes the plants. We know better. If we do not know better now we have the access to all the info at the touch of a button if we are part of the problem. If we don't have access, we are probably not a large part of the problem anyway. Ok I'm just pissed.

The crooks in D.C. just gave away the birth right of every one In America to a bunch of corporate criminals and my favorite group of radio stations go into the dust bin of history.
